Embody is a Sole Proprietorship in Coral Gables, Florida, in which we are providing safe decorative alternatives to the halls and walls of healthcare and other potentially stressful environments.

Impervious Art is beautiful artwork incorporating images that helps the overall body and mind. Illnesses of the human body are magnified in certain situation. The prints colorful artistic form takes the mind away from the stress.

Alicia Ginorio Perez

Owner / Inventor worked for McKesson Corporation 30 years. She assisted in setting-up Hospitals, ASC, and Clinics. She ran a distribution center, servicing a JIT program for three hospitals. While managing the McK associates on site, it allowed her to understand healthcare safety/cleaning guidelines. In her Sales position, she would call on her customers and always thought about the art? Who cleans the art, and with what? Do they apply the approved disinfectant and wait the allotted time (3-7 minutes)? After being blessed with a voice disability Alicia retired and is following her dreams.

She combined her love of art, science, safety/guidelines, experience and invented Impervious Art. Her passion is to provide a safe beautiful environment for all. Oprah states “Art is like a prayer”.
